We decided to go here with a large family, ordered five rooms, the third floor. First came the children with their children. They write like in a concentration camp. We were 15 minutes late. for breakfast - the waiter tells them!
The staff - some old fury, both, a smile on his face or say "Good morning", as they do in a normal hotel - this has never happened.
Then I realized that they were like a housewife. We drove for 6 hours, got a little tired, settled down - not a word about paying. We have a rest after the road, the hostess arrives about 22 o'clock, with the offer to pay immediately. He suggested that she postpone it until the morning, despite the fact that the necessary prepayment was made a month ago.

The hostess's face became as if all her teeth had ached together, and it became clear that if she didn't pay now, she wouldn't sleep at night. He went up to the room, took the money, with a reserve so that she would not worry, offered it to her. For some reason she refused the money.
Then it became clear that the main thing for her was for the guests to suffer.
The hotel is planned so that in the morning, during cooking, the smell spreads throughout the hotel, as it was every day. And for us, the morning started with the hostess accusing us of frying onions in the room. Do not cook, namely fry onions. Apparently, she decided that this is why we come to the sea. She offered to go up to the children's room right now and check - she refused.
To completely ruin the holiday, she offered to move out of the hotel. I would be happy, but the appropriate options did not turn out to be five rooms in one place from today. I had to stay, no matter how unpleasant it was.
The hostess did not dare to swear at me, but my wife said that we still regret that we are left. And that was the height of her hospitality. It is, of course, clear that "God does not give horns to a wicked cow, " and "if a pig had wings, it would have broken the sky. " But to hear this is still unpleasant.
In general, for the first time I got a hotel not only back in the USSR, but also welcome to hell.
