We celebrated a wedding in the restaurant on 04/21/18. We were fascinated by the nature and the general atmosphere of the complex, the complaisance of the staff and the willingness to make concessions, delicious food. . .
BUT, as it turned out, the entire staff of the restaurant, who worked on our shift, cannot be called otherwise than a pack of thieves. It’s just some kind of planned divorce of newlyweds enchanted with happiness turned out... Dishes were put on the table and immediately taken away as soon as possible... clean plates of guests with intact pieces of shish kebab and fish were taken to the kitchen as soon as they left for 5 minutes to breathe fresh air... why take common dishes with salads off the table, you ask?
Alcohol was purchased with a huge supply, for future use - at the end of the evening there were a couple of bottles left...
The waiter was seen hiding 0.5 bottles of drinking water in the cupboard. . . if they steal the water, what about the alcohol?

For some reason, the cake, which was also bought with a margin (8 kg for 33 people), was also gone....
For that, they put enough pickled cabbage in the tray with us from the rest)))))
The apogee of the holiday was that the next day, beer was included in our bill for a total of 500 UAH, despite the fact that we basically did not order beer. When this fact was revealed, the male waiter, without blinking his eyes, began to prove to my husband that he PERSONALLY GIVED BEER INTO HAND....when the staff realized that we would not pay for beer in any way, the administrator began to execute in the address of the waiter something like "Did you put beer in the wrong order? I'll kill you"... this despite the fact that besides us there was only 1 couple drinking coffee in the houses....
MANAGEMENT of this restaurant, pay attention to my review! You have everything to provide excellent services and make people happy! Take care of your reputation! Purge the stealing personnel! If necessary, I am ready to describe all these and other situations in more detail.
