We went because of the advice of parents who had already rested here. The hotel is good, everything is fresh, new.
pros
- for a long time we didn’t eat like that, the main plus, everything is natural and fresh.
- located in the very center, everything is nearby, a pharmacy, a supermarket, a market.
- a huge balcony along the entire building with a good view
- a kitchen for those who want to cook by themselves, you can quickly heat up or cook
- 2 Internet in each room (I see this for the first time), more than 50 satellite channels (although they were practically not watched)
- there are CCTV cameras in the parking lot and the playground, a combination lock on the gate.

Minuses
-not enough greenery on the territory (a couple of trees and a couple of flowers)
- a small playground.
-the neighbors have a larger fridge than in our room, although the price is the same.
-only one grill
- on booking the price is 10% more expensive.

The light bulb in the bathroom burned out and was replaced within 5 minutes.

The camera on the playground can be easily accessed, just a link to the browser, the neighbors watched the child from the tablet while in the room.

We asked the owners to park the car for free, friends who were also looking for a place to live (there were no free rooms in the hotel at that time) were given without any problems.
