I re-read the reviews and realized that I was not the only one "spoilt" and many of the nuances did not seem to me...
So, we chose a place to stay for a long time, and now, without reading the reviews (for some reason), we chose it! We booked a room with a sea view (we are going to the sea, why do we need an estuary) on the first floor. We arrived... (the road to Kurortny is a separate issue), the first impression, according to the sensations, is not what we expected...
The first thing that struck me was that the view from the window was not on the sea, but on a wonderful forest of various types of BURYANA, behind which only by the noise, it was possible to determine that there was a sea! (but it was better than vacationers in rooms overlooking the estuary - there is generally horror, not a view! )
YOU TAKE SUCH MONEY FROM PEOPLE, IS IT IMPOSSIBLE TO REPAIR THE TERRITORY?!

The room. . . everything is whole, bedding, towels are clean, everything works. TV catches 5 channels, an antediluvian refrigerator, pillows "3 feathers", prickly and unpleasant blankets, a slight smell of sewerage... In general, you can live...
Next - parking 30 UAH per day (when you enter-exit you open the gate yourself), Wi-Fi 5 UAH per day (after 3 days of torment with Wi-Fi, or rather its absence, it turned out that they had given the wrong password), the food is not bad, but the prices are higher than in an ordinary cafe in Kyiv (coffee 44 UAH, and next to a cafe on the street 10 times tastier - 30 UAH).
The staff could be more friendly, no cleaning is done every 5 days (she took a broom from her neighbors), no one changes the bed-towels.
You stopped by, paid the money (they gave another thousand on top as collateral for the alleged damage to property) and they forgot about you...
Flies are just unmeasured and they are everywhere! In the mornings, neither they nor the maids let you sleep, who, with their rattling equipment at 7 in the morning, march with an important look under your windows! No respect for the vacationers who came to rest, and not to the pioneer camp, to get up to the sound of the "bugle" of the cleaners!
There is nowhere to walk in the evening. There is no infrastructure.
Of the benefits, this is a spacious, sparsely populated beach and relaxing music.
Next - the merit of nature. This is a wonderful, beautiful, gentle (well, or not so) sea and dolphins often swimming by!
The beauty of nature, which can be observed by climbing up the road! . .
The Budak Spit as a whole is a very beautiful place! (which has nothing to do with the hotel)
So, for 10 days, 15.000 were paid for just staying in a dirty, smelling room, plus parking, Wi-Fi, food - a tidy sum came out at the price of a vacation (comfortable vacation) abroad.
Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing - the beach is covered in broken, sharp shells and various prickly muck! The fact that beach sand periodically needs to be cleaned - the owners have never heard of it! It is impossible to walk barefoot - something constantly pricks and cuts your legs!

And one more thing - For the money that people pay here for their holidays, it would be possible to put more umbrellas and provide LOUNGES!!!
Here is such a three-star hotel Budaki))
We won't go again. For this price you can find a cleaner and more comfortable stay!
