The opinion is ambiguous. I'll try to express my feelings.
1. Living conditions: lived in building 4 in a two-room suite. Rooms are good and spacious. Bedroom: double bed, 2 bedside tables, trbmo. Hall: large folding sofa, TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, tables, chiffoner. Quite decent, clean, spacious. Linen and towels are good. A large loggia for these two rooms, there is a plastic round table + 4 chairs on it. I didn’t like the toilet + shower (tolerably, but obviously not pulling on a suite).
2. Territory: well-groomed, flowers (roses), trees everywhere. But about the declared age-old trees - a clear exaggeration. The trees are young, although there is a lot of shade at the base. But there is no obvious park, as promised.
3. Playground: in principle, there is, but soviet, nothing stunning. But there is plenty of space for kids to run around. There is security. There are no strangers. So you don't have to worry about your kids.

4. Beach: regular sand. Sun loungers (2 pieces) + umbrella = 20 UAH per day. The sea is not entirely clean, but cleaner than Azov in the Donetsk region. But, there are a lot of snakes (near the estuary, they swim from there reptiles). I don’t know if they bite or not, poisonous or not, but it’s not very pleasant to look at them. Bridge to the beach (through the estuary) = 430 m. Walk from the building to the beach 15 minutes. In principle, it does not bother, but... There are steps (descent to this bridge). Somewhere on the 3rd floor. If the kids are already walking, then this is even for fun for them. But if, as we still have in a stroller... Then imagine - a loaded stroller with baby things (buckets + diapers + water + something to eat + the child himself), a bag with a towel and bedding, some other crap that is needed on the beach. It is rather problematic to carry and lift all this happiness in your hands up the stairs twice a day: to the beach and back. There is no congress for people like us.
5. Dining room. The usual dining room with tables for 6 people. Our food was improved, because. lived in a suite. But in fact, the food is canteen, not even the best canteen. Kettles are cold, no variety. Portions are small. Who has a normal diet, even worse. One example: there was breakfast with fried potatoes and a piece of fried varenka sausage, not of the best quality. Is this deluxe food? In principle, who is not pretentious in food, of course you will not die of hunger. And if not enough, there is an ATB supermarket in the city (although not the best supermarket), but better than local shops. You can buy food there.
6. Administration: not annoying, the director is a good man, everything can be agreed upon. In principle, they go towards the vacationers. Although, we lived in a suite, maybe because of this the attitude is somewhat different.
7. Leisure: none. Gorodishko is a village. The bases are located 2 km from the city on the seashore, i. е. all in a row. There is a field across the road from them. At the base itself in the evenings, the girl will entertain your kids, then, as the disco gets dark, the fun depends on the amount of alcohol you drink. There is a small bar, but an assortment (damn, it's better to go to ATB to buy meat, sausages, vodka, beer and cook kebabs yourself). Maybe on other bases and something else. But we traveled with a small child, so we didn’t look for adventures. On Fridays, girls perform with local amateur performances + fireworks.
8. RESULT. Good family vacation for people with small children. Considering that the ticket will be bought by an enterprise with partial compensation from you, then this is even a very decent place for trade union recreation. If you pay yourself, then... I most likely will not come here again. I say it again. We lived in a suite, that in ordinary rooms - I don’t know. I can't decide if I liked it or didn't like it.
