Well, the room is dirty, the plumbing in the bathroom is all rusty, they didn’t even bother to wipe it after the previous tenants! Cobwebs, crumbs and all that....
And, of course, the "understanding" administrator, who was not ashamed not to return my money for 2 days. Although, we stayed less than 1x. Argument - we have such rules. For the day of the nightmare, we were ripped off 1100 UAH (650 + 450, because they had to be moved to a room for 450 in 3 days) It was useless to argue. Although, I think, one must have a conscience before people and before God for such conditions and not return the money! To leave immediately I had to pay extra!
I do not recommend Story to anyone! This is money thrown to the wind, spoiled vacation.
Having returned 12 km back to Primorsk, we easily found accommodation, there are a lot of bases, a large, well-groomed territory, roses, pines, cypresses....The price is 600-700 UAH / day per room.

There are no catamarans, inflatable slides, sun loungers and entertainment for children this year. We have been resting at this base for more than a year. Really like. We had a room with a balcony, on which there is a dining table and, obviously, dirty men's underpants are hanging for more than a week. Asking the maid to remove these underpants as the picture is not a pleasant one was refused. When I called the administrator, the answer was shocking, “What should I control the work of the staff? ” Excuse me, but what are the maids paid for? Who should control them, only complaints from vacationers?? Since there was a storm a few days later, these shorts were blown all over the tour base and all over the balcony. After that, on the penultimate day of rest, I was very surprised by the morning arrival of the maid with a request to move to another building, since this room had already been rented out to other people. Trying to find an administrator to resolve this issue, the door of the administration was locked in front of his nose. Calling the administration, it was said that if you do not move out now, then security will come and take you out along with your things. Such a fun holiday, very disappointed. All of the vacationers heard this conversation, to put it mildly, freaked out and did not burn with the desire to return here again. On this day, not only our room was moved, but also the neighboring ones, only when they were moved to the neighboring rooms of the neighboring building, people sat on the street from 9:00 as they checked out in the morning until 20:00 because the vacationers could not find the keys to their rooms.

The room is dirty, there is dust in the corners and on the window sills, crumbs, dead flies and candy wrappers from previous guests are lying around. it seems that the cleaning lady was not explained her functional duties, she cleanly changes the bedding, poked around with a rag in the center of the room and that's it. in the bathroom, the walls and the curtain are dirty, vile, the water on the floor does not evaporate, this unfortunate rug champs under your feet.... various multi-legged insects crawl along the walls in the corridor, very "nice". no dishes in the room, towels 1 pc. . small shelves in the cabinets are hellishly dirty (again, she wiped herself with wet wipes to spread things out), there is no warm water in the washbasin to, for example, brush her teeth, but stand in the bathroom with cancer from the shower to clean or warm in a glass with a boiler, as we they did it to a child, it didn’t work. . . we survived all these inconveniences, the sea helped, the sea was beautiful, although there are algae in it, but they are removed, it did not bother, the beach is clean

Conclusion: most of the vacationers are small children, however, complete unsanitary conditions, maids and the rest of the staff do not work! The maids in the room have unaccounted guests. That is: the recreation center "Fairy Tale" in Primorsk, being on the basis of a former pioneer. the camp did not introduce any innovations, there is no service!

If last year it compensated for this inconvenience, there was a normal musician who worked for the people. put on music for both adults and children, everyone danced on the dance floor. Then this year they took such a hamlo !!! In the presence of children - songs with obscenities (even the security guard repeatedly made comments), at the request to put something funny for the children to dance - rudeness and ignorance.

Guide "Fairy Tales", you yourself know that in your village there is no other alternative to evening entertainment. Do you think people will come to you next year to listen to the same song for the hundredth time in the evenings and look at the thumping musicians? And yes, the price for Wi-Fi is 6 UAH/day, which is, of course, cool. rn3 hull is unbearably piggy this year. The sinks haven't been washed in a week! I'm talking about toilets in general. Flies in the food in the dining room. The rudeness of the accountant Valentina Vasilievna. rnThese are the main shortcomings that have appeared this year. And they question the further visit to the base. We will have to look for an alternative for both our family and all our friends who have been vacationing in Skazka for more than a year
