The location of the house is good, there is a terrace from which you can see the sea, on the terrace there is a wooden deck chair, a table and a bench. You can eat on the terrace and in the kitchenette. I liked the territory: the alleys are planted with trees, including conifers, and flowers, the houses are entwined with wild grapes. A pleasant surprise ALSO was the presence of 3 large awnings on the beach providing shade, wooden sunbeds (about 15) and a hose with water to wash sand off your feet when you return from the beach.
I would advise vacationers to take an extra saucepan with them (one that was in the house is not enough), a deep bowl for salads (3 deep and 3 small plates that were in the house did not fit), teaspoons (there was only one in the house) and clothespins.
The tap water flows well, you can cook and drink tea from it, but this is already individual.
I didn’t really like the bottom of the sea near the beach, the sand alternates with stripes of stones and either silt or clay. In addition, a strip of the beach was washed away on the left and water from the estuary with algae and silt began to fall into the sea - this is also a minus, but I hope it is temporary.

The attitude of the owners is terrible to say the least. We booked a room for a holiday with a one-year-old child in advance, of course, they specified whether check-in with a small child was allowed. All the while resting, the owner not only didn’t say hello, but pretended not to hear the greeting. Redneck on this base in everything. The parking lot is paid, but at the same time it is not covered, and with a heavy workload, if you were leaving somewhere, it may turn out that you will not get a place. At the time of the World Cup, the channels on which it was shown were coded. You could see it only in the dining room, apparently because they wanted to make a profit. The owner is constantly prowling around the base, looking at who is doing what. When problems with wiring started, I ran around the houses and looked for someone who turned on the multicooker, although as it turned out, the cable was interrupted during communications initially. Well, in conclusion, they didn’t even say goodbye to us, apparently the owners do not really value the reputation of the base. Given such a depressing atmosphere, I do not advise anyone to stay at this base.

A ladder and a bridge across the estuary lead to the beach, but this did not bother us, the security guard carried the stroller to us and took us away, again by order of the owner. We did not cook ourselves, we ate in a cozy dining room on the territory of the b. o. The food was homemade, delicious, we were absolutely satisfied. You can walk to the neighboring bases and boarding houses. There are few people on the beach, the beach is regularly cleaned... Many vacationers cooked on their own, as they caught a lot of fish. Food is in close proximity. Recommend for family vacation! We will definitely come again!
