I also want to share my impressions about the rest at this base! Today we returned from vacation, we wanted to spend the last days of summer at sea. SORRY THAT YOU DID NOT READ THE REVIEWS ABOUT THIS BASE BEFORE YOU GO THERE !!!!!
It all started from the first day. We took a suite (the MOST EXPENSIVE), booked for two adults and two children! It turned out bed linen and pillows only for three !! ! After a not-so-pleasant discussion, we were given the fourth set.
On the second day we went to the pool for which we paid an additional 150 UAH. We lie near the pool, sunbathe, and suddenly the workers come in and shamelessly begin to remove our things from the sun loungers and carry the sun loungers over our heads. I. e. we paid money and many more of the same vacationers were at the base, but the management considered that the season was already over and you could collect belongings and give a shit about people "The next day we decided to fry a barbecue. For this, there were barbecues at the base. In the evening they came with meat to the barbecues, but there are no barbecues !!!!!! ! They have already been collected! ! THE SEASON IS ENDED!! ! There is one barbecue left for which there is a queue I decided to call the director Yuri Alekseevich, I think maybe he doesn’t know what else, people are resting at the base, to which he answered me that no one will carry the barbecue !!! ! (This is a bitch service !!! ! ) Okay. . . about cleaning the rooms and changing bedding and towels, there is no question at all! The apogee of everything was the day of check-out, when the maid found dirty towels !!!! ! Yes, they were dirty, they were used for a week, and one of them lay in the bathroom in the room on the floor next to the shower, and this is quite normal, butoooo we were told that the towel is dirty and we need to pay a fine of 100 UAH. And until we pay the fine, we will not be released from the territory of the base !!! ! I went to the administration, where I tried to communicate normally with the administrator who talked on the phone and finally condescended to talk to me, who did not want to hear anything. I asked to invite director Yuri Alekseevich, to which she replied that she did not know how to find him !!!! ! After I explained to her in the language of non-normative vocabulary that she was wrong, she immediately found the director !!! ! In the process of communicating with Yuri Alekseevich, I brought him all my claims, to which he replied, well, sorry, but you have to pay 100 UAH !!!! ! I realized that it was useless to waste my nerves, paid 100 UAH, said that in my life I would not come to them again and of course I would never advise anyone to go here. But this did not bother Yuri Alekseevich much !!!!!

Therefore, dear vacationers, spend your money elsewhere or get a free bonus spoiled holiday. !!!! !
