Отель нормальный, кафе ужасное! The hotel is ok, the cafe is terrible!

We were at the hotel for New Years. The hotel staff is excellent, thank you very much. Not everything is as chic as it is painted on the site, there was rubbish on the floor, there was a hole in the wall, there was no handle in the door. But I am writing so that people know that the cafe at this hotel is terrible. My husband and I made an order at 16.00 on 12/31/13 to bring dinner to the room at 23.00. At first the order was told to be delayed for 20 minutes, then for another 20 minutes. And at 23.55 they said "goodbye, we won't bring anything, we didn't have time. " I called the director and said thank you for leaving us hungry on New Year's Eve. I was just shocked by the service of the staff of this cheap canteen, it's a shame, but at the same time it's funny! And the funniest thing was that at 01.20 at night two girls brought us food, they didn’t even say the word “sorry” to the question “what is this? and you were late”.
