I chose because it seems like Reikartz.... food for guests is disgusting. The buffet at 9 is a set of semi-empty plates from which food was taken for the delegation, which for some reason has breakfast at 8. The food is tasteless. In the evening, for some reason, orders are not accepted until 8, the waiter advised, if I want to eat, go to a nearby hotel in a restaurant, where, by the way, delicious food.

Had to spend 1 night last September. I didn't like it very much. In mid-September, the room was very stuffy, even with the window open, there was no air conditioning and no ventilation system at all. I'm afraid to imagine how you can spend the night there in the summer. I liked that the room can be booked without breakfast and this significantly reduces the price, and there is also a place to leave things before the settlement.

Is the hotel really designed only for pilgrims who are ready to sleep in a haystack for the sake of getting into the Pochaev Lavra?

We stayed at the hotel during a tour organized by the Kharkov firm "Trianon" from 12/30/12 to 01/3/13. In the hotel restaurant for New Year's Eve paid 500 UAH per person. The menu, types and quantity of alcohol were agreed in advance. However, our company - 12 people - no matter how they asked the waiters, they could not wait for 7 servings of hot, 2 bottles of vodka and 2 bottles of champagne, not to mention dessert.

The next day, when we asked to return... not money, but at least the alcohol that we paid for and, therefore, according to the law, belongs to us !!! , we were told that there was another shift, and this shift does not know anything. Everyone is taught from childhood that taking someone else's is theft. So in the restaurant of this hotel we were simply robbed!

But the waiter never brought 4 bottles of alcohol (champagne and vodka) to our table. Hot was served only at 5.30 and then - only 5 servings out of the promised 12, and there is nothing to say about dessert - no one got it ! ! This is such a simple business for hotel owners - the main thing is to get the money in advance, and then no one is responsible for anything! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone - very unscrupulous customer service!.

Stayed at the hotel for one night. We learned information from the Internet and did not consider other accommodation options (which we later did not regret). For pilgrims, very comfortable accommodation and a calm environment. If you are at divine services from early morning until late, it is absolutely not scary to go even alone - 3 minutes.

There are one or two lenten dishes on the menu. I would like to recommend the restaurant management to think over a separate Lenten menu. the public stops in the bulk from the category of pilgrims - and they mostly fast. European level rooms are clean and bright. Upon check-in, we were given a standard category room with a view of the Lavra, for which special thanks to the girl at the reception. You can definitely stay with a child. I recommend this hotel for a number of reasons: the price and quality correspond, the staff is friendly, it is very close to the Lavra.

I don’t want to talk about the TV at all - a black and white image with constant ripples. I will not write a lot of bad things. Disappointed. I won't go again. In Pochaev there are much nicer and better establishments - such as "Grazhda", "Sofia", etc. A big hello to the director of the restaurant.

Very good hotel! New, clean. We had a standard room. No frills, but everything is clean and tidy, soundly. Our windows were on the Lavra. The view is incredibly beautiful! Really very close to Lavra. But Pochaev is so small that everything is close to the Lavra. The restaurant has a lenten menu, quite good.

The breakfasts are good. Everything is delivered on time. For those who fast for breakfast, only vegetables, fruits and bread with jam. And for those who do not fast, there are pastries, and all kinds of pancakes, and yoghurts, and processed cheeses, and sausages, and scrambled eggs, and cheese slices and meat. Pretty good choice for a 3* hotel.
A separate word about the staff. Well, I really liked it. I haven't seen these for a long time. Staff at the level of 5 *!
This was the first acquaintance with this chain of hotels.
If they have all the hotels of this level, then it's just super!
Traveling around Ukraine, you can safely choose them.

On the way to Transcarpathia, we stopped for a day in Pochaev. We love this place so much, this is our third time here. Previously stayed at Lavra hotels in a suite. This time we stopped at Reikartz and were very satisfied. The new hotel has just opened, we were the only customers, this is because there were working days, there were a lot of pilgrims on weekends.

The hotel is clean, the service is wonderful, especially the reception, they contacted the hotel in Polyana and solved our problems, we were very pleased. The only negative of the hotel is the lack of air conditioning, but in this place it doesn’t matter, coolness and wind are always present, although maybe this is how we get there. The cuisine is decent, even for me on a strict diet. Thank you all so much, we will definitely be back again and again.
