In the first hour of our stay we realized that the Internet is only mobile, equally unsatisfactory on all devices, constantly reconnected. They called the reception, an employee came at once, tested the speed together, agreed that he was dissatisfied and replied: "Currently there are a lot of guests and there is nothing we can do about it. " Unpleasantly impressed.
Breakfasts are OK, something tasty and something not so good. We have not seen all the announced products. Every day is the same, so a few days later there is a desire to have breakfast elsewhere)
Pools are dirty even in the morning (we are talking about the sixth floor), as well as the floor - you just need to move the deck chair or table. There are a lot of people, because, as we understand, everyone can visit "Nemo Beach", just pay.
The cinema is clean for a tick, it's hard to call it that. The hall is not ventilated, if you do not ask for it, and the smell is terrible - stagnation. Uncomfortable chairs, space between rows is not enough critically. The employee who turns on the movie was 15+ minutes late for airing.
The oceanarium was also not surprising, two small rooms - one with fish, the other with reptiles.
We did not visit the dolphinarium because of our belief that the animals were in captivity. The pools are small, they are crowded and often dragged here and there with nets, a sad picture, but probably not for everyone.
For us, the eviction was a "cherry on the cake" - we stood in line, because foreigners are served for some reason by two employees, no one asked us if we liked everything, and we, as can be seen from what was written, had something to share. They didn't even squeeze out "Additions", not to mention taxis or their paid transfer. We noticed that the guests in front of us saw some gifts (such as magnets or something), but we were probably very different, so did not deserve)
Before the trip it was very interesting what the price of this hotel will be justified (for this money there are many alternatives), after the eviction we understood - nothing but the price)
In our opinion - this hotel does not match its five stars and its price, respectively.
but what are those prices? and I feel sorry for the dolphins, in captivity, after all. and the contingent as in Scriabin's song: "Ladies with deputies, mayzhe yak with tatami. "
in general, expensive, rich, but let's say it's more show-off than rest in a soulful place. The rooftop restaurant is amazing
The dishes were served all at once, and we had to wait 30 minutes for them (it seems like freshly prepared dishes), the second one got cold and I didn’t want to eat it. The baby puree was sour.
We won't be going there for dinner again.
Karina took the course with great pleasure from the first days. The child was happy with the meeting with dolphins.

I was with my husband and little daughter, who was delighted with the good-natured, cheerful and friendly dolphins.
The room is clean, new and comfortable.
The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, everything is on demand. Food and prices are good. The view from the window of the room and from the terrace is indescribable. All the same, sea and sunny Odessa always pleases!
I advise Nemo to everyone, you will not regret it.
