The hotel (or I'd rather call it a guest house as there are no typical hotel services) is located on a busy street so it's a bit noisy. Our rooms faced the street and side (maybe other rooms facing back from the street are quieter).
Services are quite limited, cleaning is done once a week (and we had to be reminded of this). The extra sofas in our rooms were broken (didn't unfold for two people). There is no breakfast, there is a shared self-service kitchen.
The attitude of the staff is not always good, at the beginning it was OK, but then we were reproached several times for trifles, then we throw too much waste into the general trash, then we left something wrong in the kitchen.
There are no balconies anywhere, shared towel dryers in the corridors (not allowed in the rooms).
The rooms and the hotel in general are clean, tidy and appear to have been recently refurbished (although not very well maintained).
