Booked a room for my husband. Confirmation has arrived. After two days on the road at the hotel, the husband received an answer that all the rooms are occupied and this is at 21:00. After the scandal, they settled in another hotel 8 km away, in the basement without a pillow or blanket. And this is for 800 UAH. After calling the hotel, they said they would change the room. The room was shown, but they refused to relocate because I refused to withdraw the application from the booking. They took the money at full cost, as for the number indicated on the website when booking, they didn’t give a check, they said they would bring it at best the next day after 12:00. Looking for another hotel in the middle of the night I do not see the possibility. This kind of customer service should be punished.
