Had the imprudence to contact this hotel. We bought a coupon through the SuperDeal website for 4 days in a junior suite (with a discount it turned out 1500 UAH per night). Vacation ruined. Now about everything in order.
The only plus of the hotel is a beautiful design and good quality furniture. But for a seaside holiday, this is by no means the main criterion.
But the minuses in the "Rose of the Winds" are much more.
1) When we checked in, it seemed that we were the only guests there. Quiet, like in a cemetery, the corridors are dark - they save light.

2) The location of the hotel is terrible. To the sea - one and a half kilometers on foot (about 20-25 minutes). The beach is wild, dirty, part of the path consists of wooden boards with partitions, and the descent to the sea is a wooden, steep, old staircase. Before check-in, they called the hotel directly and asked on the SuperDeal website about the distance to the sea. They answered that 100-150 meters. This is a BLASTING LIE. The nearest stop is 15 minutes on foot, and you have to walk along the roadway, where drivers drive as they want. There are no sidewalks for most of the route.
3) The hotel does NOT have a RESTAURANT this year. Few guests, so they did not put it into operation. NO ONE WARNED US (neither the hotel administrators when we called, nor the booking service on SuperDeal). For our 1500 UAH. for breakfast we were given a roll for 10 UAH. and bad coffee (despite the fact that it was made in a coffee machine). To have a normal meal, the one-way road was 45 minutes (it only takes 15 minutes to get to the tram / minibus, wait - 15 minutes, go - 10-15 minutes). For one meal only the road took an hour and a half. For three - 4.5 hours. And to the sea about an hour (there and back). Total - at least 5.5 hours on the road to the sea and in a cafe. Part-time work, not rest is obtained. And if you remember that the cafe is on the other side of the sea, you get an 8-hour working day and 15 minutes at sea.
4) Pricing policy (both discounted and without) inadequate to the point of eerily. This hotel is located in Chernomorka (and far from its best part), and the price is 1500 UAH. (at a discount) and 2600 UAH. (no discount) absolutely inadequate. Hotels "Mirny", "12 months" in the center of Odessa with all amenities, normal beaches, restaurants nearby offer very decent rooms for 1000-1500 UAH. Apartments on the seafront in a much better area of ​ ​ Chernomorka (terminal 3 trams), with all amenities, air conditioning, a classy restaurant on the seashore cost 700 UAH. per day. And the soap in these hotels is clearly not redneck (as they used to give on trains, tiny and smelly). And the bed, unlike the "Rose of the Winds", is whole, not full of holes.
5) Double standards: on the hotel website and in the conditions on SuperDeal, slippers and a bathrobe were declared for the junior suite room (which is why we didn’t take them with us), they were not in the room, and the administrator said that they didn’t rely on us, because “you or with the Poupon. Pay 4000 extra and I'll bring you a bathrobe and slippers. " That is, those who are on SuperDeal, this is the lowest grade.

The attitude is boorish, according to the principle “what did you want? ”. I do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. We escaped after 2 days (lost time while making arrangements to stay at another hotel). Surviving all of the above shortcomings is possible only for those who came to rest in their own car and cannot live without a leather bed and a sofa - the only attributes of the hotel, which, yes, have worked their money. It was really comfortable to sleep and sit on them.
