We were in this hotel for the second time, because everything suits us, and we don’t really want to try something else. The hotel is located on the third and fourth floors of the house in the courtyard on Deribasovskaya. Our room was on the fourth floor - a corridor and doors to the rooms. Without a common lounge, as on the third floor.

Our room was on the fourth floor - a corridor and doors to the rooms. Without a common lounge, as on the third floor. For us, it was rather a plus - no one woke up in the morning with the TV turned on, etc. from the hall.
Claims are again at a minimum, except that upon arrival we were told that there was no standard that we booked, there was only a suite and they tried to demand to pay the cost of the suite. To which they received a reasoned refusal and settled in a suite at the price of a standard. True, it can hardly be called a luxury, since the difference from the standard is only in the presence of a long corridor with a sofa in the room.
Recommendations as before - if you need a quiet hotel in the center at a reasonable price - we recommend it.

The name of the hotel is a whole story. Judging by the history of the head waiter, they tried to name it in French, but, as you can see, it turned out in English with an error. The hotel is located in a quiet courtyard on Deribasovskaya. Within a radius of one hundred meters there are several restaurants, Greek Square, etc.

Within a radius of one hundred meters there are several restaurants, Greek Square, etc. In general, for three active days in Odessa, we never took a taxi - everything is within walking distance. Yes, it is far from the sea, but since this is a city hotel, this is not a problem.
In fact, the hotel is two or three purchased floors in a residential building, very well repaired and brought to mind. There were three rooms on our floor plus a common room with TV, table, sofa and kitchen. Bathrooms in every room. Repair quality and new, as it will be further - time will tell. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the water - it seems that they either have a separate drainage system or very high-quality filtration from the city network - the color of the water in the filled bath looked more like a Turkish pool than reddish water in a tap in Kyiv.
The bed is clean, furniture and plumbing is new, towels in the room, shower accessories - like in a good four in Turkey or Egypt. The only negative is good audibility between the room and the rest room, so those who like to get up early and stay up late can cause some inconvenience to the neighbors. On the other floor, there was no such problem - just as there was no rest room.
Bottom line: a cool hotel in the center of Odessa.
