Being at the hotel, we ordered a hammam with a foot massage for me (massage 30sec in fact) and a hair mask for my wife.
In the room prices on the price list were 250 UAH. for the procedure, in fact turned out to be higher.
A surprise was waiting for us at the check out from the hotel.
We had a booking on a card with a full prepayment of 3135 UAH.
And then we are told that you have 1400 UAH.
When asked why we were first told that we had procedures 900 UAH and + 250 * 2 for a hammam. When we were indignant that we were not warned that during the procedure the stay in the hammam was paid separately, then the girl at the reception right there with a calm look began to poke a leaflet with hand-written calculations and a calculator for us - we need to pay 500 hryvnia. for the number.

Only by showing the correspondence with the booking service where we were clearly written the dates of stay and the cost of paying the question from + 500 UAH. was filmed.
So we paid 900 UAH. "for the procedures" and taking the check went home. The most interesting thing is that at home, looking at the check, they saw "1 piece pistachios - 900 UAH. "
Separately, there was an account "visiting the sauna" 900 UAH.
So if you are in the process of massage and other procedures, something will be wrong - no complaints about the hotel - because you just visited the sauna and there were no procedures!
