The hotel is new, as the administrator told us, the hotel has been open since the spring of 2014. We rested in August with a discount through Groupon. We stayed in Standard Room 6.
Now in order:
Pros:
- Wi-Fi catches perfectly, no interruptions and excellent speed,
- Located in the very "heart" of Odessa on the street. Deribasovskaya, near the Opera House,
- Pleasant and helpful girls-administrators, there were no cutlery in the room - NO TROUBLE - at the request they were happy to provide the necessary)), after check-out they left the bag until departure,
- Perfectly clean! Everything glitters! It is important! Despite the fact that the bathroom is not provided in the room. Amenities are shared throughout the hotel, BUT! I did not disdain at all to be in “solitary places”, it is clear that the maid works in good conscience, and her hands are “golden”,

- The room has a small washbasin and all the necessary “soap and soap” accessories, a refrigerator, a mini-bar (for an extra charge), a kettle, 2 cups, a telephone, a hair dryer, a safe, a TV.
- 2 large white towels and 2 small ones, changed daily,
- Attention! There is even a scale in the room.
Minuses:
- Because we rested with a discount on the Pokupon, then the room price did not include: slippers and breakfast, but everything could be purchased at an adequate price from the administrator,
- Very noisy when the window is open for ventilation. Well, it's natural! The window overlooks the main street of the city, at night the “drunk” youngsters make noise. But, the room has air conditioning, so it was not at all a problem to just close the window and turn on the “duika”),
- If you are going for a walk around Odessa or on a business trip, then this hotel is exactly what you need. If the purpose of the visit is to be like the beach, then walking is not close. 40 minutes walk to the nearest Lanzheron beach. It didn't bother us at all. Normal road: walk through the historical center of the city and then through the park.
In general, we liked everything very much, and we were completely satisfied and pleased with the atmosphere of the holiday!!!
