The hotel breaks stereotypes (at least mine) about hotels in Odessa. It's not very expensive, but it's not terrible either. And then, in my opinion, hotels in Odessa are either very expensive or dead. And sometimes expensive and killed at the same time.
Let's get down to specifics.
Pluses of De Ribas: location near the center, good heating, clean rooms, besides, they are regularly updated with repairs (a rarity! ). Polite and unobtrusive staff. And there is even Wi-Fi.

Cons: there are no pallets in the bathrooms, there is a drain right in the floor. The curtain covers the bathroom door from the inside, but when you take a shower, the spray "irrigates" everything around: walls, floor, toilet bowl, etc. It would probably be better to at least use a semicircular cornice for the curtain in the shower. In a good hotel, the faucet should not even leak a little, but it is better to install "Groe" plumbing, it will work for 10 years. It is necessary to clean the seams between the tiles from dirt (although there is not much of it yet, but if you do not follow it, it will grow), rusty hangers and shelves in the bathroom should be replaced with new or better ones. The TV should not be below the level of the bed : -)
But given the combination of pros and cons - I would stay here again.
