And so I'll start with the fact that we were in the hotel more than 5 times before and everything was ok! This time at the reception, having paid for an improved standard, we asked (already knowing their disadvantages) to make sure that there was a good bathroom... we were given 208... after repair)))))) Upon entering the room, separate beds were the first to catch my eye. . . they didn’t specify anything on this score . . there is a carpet in the splashes from something, dullness from dust on the baseboards! We decided to make it more fun . . turn on the TV . . but the remote control is sticky and without a back cover! We needed more fun... we climbed into the mini bar... the refrigerator for the mini bar is open - everything is warm! Okay! We need to take a shower . . let's go have fun somewhere else . . a shower, or rather its absence, plaque, mold and insects are always happy to see you in the World Cup bathroom! There were no towels in the room at all (they brought a call explaining that the room had been renovated)! The toilet was with a lid that was not suitable for the configuration and was dirty, it had already been used before us !! ! There are no stickers as before about disinfection either in the shower or on the toilet! For broken tiles, not being able to normally open the door in the bathroom, smelly tap water, stink from the sewer, and so on, nothing to say! At night, when we went to bed, the magic began! Curling wind, creaking doors, someone's endless adventures and the noise of something falling hard in Porto! You won’t surprise anyone with dirty pillows knocked down and in “divorces” either! In the morning after a sleepless night . . we decided to run away for the suitcases that were not unpacked . . while driving in the elevator, the lights began to flash and the desire to escape intensified! Nobody at the reception said hello! We went for breakfast, which is mandatory included in the room rate. The waiter guy was very kind, which somehow brightened up this morning! Breakfast was ok! When we were evicted, no one asked us how much we liked it... but I shared this range of emotions with them a little... to which the girls did not even react! A compliment from the hotel, in the form of a bottle of water, is also apparently not worth counting on!
P. S . : Glasses which were also not originally in the room were brought, even if they had captured the shower head - they would not have had a price!
P. S. 2: I didn’t manage to take a shower, I’m not as risky as my husband! : )
