The hotel itself is magnificent, the interior furniture, everything is wonderful! BUT! unobtrusive soviet service just kills the whole experience. The beach is not cleaned, there are no umbrellas, they are broken, and there is no shade either. Is that a problem? ! There are no ashtrays on the beach, you can’t call the waiter.
Mattresses for sun loungers and towels are in short supply, this is already beyond.
And the restaurant is just a separate SONG!!!
Despite the fact that the cook is not bad, the chef is excellent, the service is DISGUSTING! Long unprofessional and. . . the restaurant is full of flies! .
Well, it would be expensive and good, but I don’t know what I’m paying for. At the same time, the complete indifference of the leadership, according to the principle, where will you go from the submarine. (no place to eat in the area)

If I were the owners, I would hang the hotel manager, together with the director of the restaurant, by their feet upside down, so that they would think not how to steal, but how to make money!
Such a cool hotel, so much money invested and so dirty and this is only the second year! I'm VERY sorry, but I don't want to come back here.
