In general, everything is not very bad. The staff was top notch. The room was cleaned on demand (maybe lucky, but the girl came right away). The manager Alex helped with everything. They provided a baby cot for free which is a big plus. For four (two adults and two children) we took a one-room suite. The room was clean, comfortable and well designed. The furniture is new and comfortable. The area is beautiful and well maintained. Cons: Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms, there are not enough chairs in some rooms and there is no place to take them, the standard rooms are located at a neighboring base, and the latter applies to the whole of Ochakovo - this is a descent to the sea, it is not an easy test to overcome it with a stroller . Probably the best hotel in Ochakovo. I want to come back to Villa Madrid again. Eugene.
