It is located right in the city, on the first line, and there is no steep descent to the sea, this is a rarity for Ochakov. Convenient access for cars. But for fans of evening walks around the city and discos, it is hardly suitable - there are wooden fences around the private sector, a steep climb to the city center. For non-car owners, the most acceptable way to get there is a taxi from the Ochakovsky bus station. About thirty meters there is a shop,
The sea is really 20 meters away, its own beach, free sunbeds for guests. It is clear that tourists from the private sector come to the beach during the season, we were in September, there are three families on the whole beach! The beach is sandy, clean, the bottom is flat.
Nearby is a pier from which you can fish well. Fishing rods and umbrellas are available for rent. Ideal for fishing lovers or a lazy beach holiday!

Sufficiently spacious area with a playground a la kindergarten. Many benches in the shade under the chestnut trees, a good rose garden.
In a separate building - cafe and bar. The bar has a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. The price of the room includes breakfast - pancakes with tea were quite tasty, and strange pasta with diluted milk - not so much.
The rooms are on two floors and are quite spacious. Very clean. Laminate on the floor, plastic windows with mosquito nets, tiles in the bathroom. Refrigerator, TV, air conditioning - everything works. Good furniture, orthopedic mattresses. In the corridor I saw special cots - apparently, they give families with children. There were no interruptions in water supply.
A big minus - the rooms have only symbolic "French" balconies, so it's not easy to dry swimsuits and towels. Fans of watching the evening sunset are helped by a large loggia with plastic furniture on the second floor of the hotel, which is used by all guests.
It would be nice to equip the rooms with electric kettles.
Obviously there are not enough thick curtains - the curtains are thin, the sun breaks into the room from the very morning.
The staff are friendly and very friendly women.
In general, for Ochakov, the hotel is of a very good level. They keep prices high enough by local standards, so that guests self-filter. The hotel was very calm and quiet.
