3. I arrived early in the morning... a wild sound was heard in the room, as if there was a laundry behind the wall..... I called the administrator - she said that she would figure out what kind of sounds were bothering me and call me back... no one called back... she scored on my remark... but after I discovered…. What is so wild is the refrigerator growling, as if someone is dying inside and at the same time fighting for life....That's horrible!!! ! Are you updating anything at all? It prevents people from sleeping!
4. Room service…. It is not clear on what principle it happens... then the check is brought to the reception... which is not very convenient, because it is more logical to immediately pay for the service, not the level to pay at the end of the stay, as for me... 3 days they carried a check at the reception, and today they accepted the order with such a wild sigh…. . and immediately the girl voiced – the cost…. That is, it was no longer according to the scheme that for 3 days they brought an invoice to the reception, respectively, instead of 40 UAH, I had to pay 100, because. I didn’t have small money and the rules suddenly changed…
To be honest, terrible conditions, there is dust in the room, I don’t believe much in the “disinfected” sticker, it’s not clear what rules about room service, then the bill to the administrator, then they immediately announce... this indicates that there is no organization, and I’m more into your barn in 3 stars will not come and will not recommend to anyone!!!
