Очень шумно Very noisy

I stayed at the hotel with my husband for one night, the first impression was positive, the hotel is located in the city center, a chic and spacious lobby, friendly staff. Our room was on the 3rd floor (No. 44), coming closer I was immediately embarrassed by the door next to the room overlooking the balcony, there were chairs and an ashtray and several smokers (but more on that later)!!!!!
The door to the room did not open immediately, fiddling with it, they barely entered inside. The room is not big, but in the bathroom there is where to turn around.
And now about the cons: the towels are washed off, dirty white with food stains, the window in the room does not close. it is broken and no one is going to repair it until the cold weather, all the noise from the street and cafes, the smoke from the balcony reaches into our room.

But what I saw when I laid out the bed was shocking....the fabric was washed out and the pattern on it was practically invisible, there were 2 small sheets on the mattress, across the bed. Kapets, is it really difficult to buy normal sets of linen for double beds.
I am generally not a capricious person, but the owner of the hotel is more worried about how to fill his pocket without investing anything in it,
if the rooms looked like their lobby, and the hotel matched the price and the stars, then everything would be OK!!!!
And one more thing: the hotel does not have parking and the declared WiFi was only in the lobby
