It's amazing how it is combined in one hotel: a wonderful courteous medical staff and a deceitful greedy administrator!! ! Our stay at the hotel caused great disappointment. The room "improved" was paid, we were settled in the "standard". First, of course, it's a shame that they divorced like children. Secondly, the number is dead, dirty, unrepaired. The floor will hold together terribly, there is no sound insulation, after the "cleaning" in the room there is dust and dirt... There is no talk of any dishes and teapots ! ! And we paid for all this at an inflated rate : -(
For all our claims (transferred through our tour operator), the administrator replies "You live in a superior room. We think so. " It's not true, she knows it and we know it, but why not fight her?? ? Feelings are bad. I won't go here for the second time.
