We stayed there in winter, in a large group (about 40 people). In the winter of 2005 (after the elections).
At first we were kept for an hour downstairs, with grief they settled in half (we occupied almost the entire floor).
The rooms are not so hot, but not complete horror (was the 6th floor).
Horror - this is an aunt with "reception" !!!! ! After nine, she came running and demanded to turn off EVERYTHING !!!!! ! from TV to music?!?! ? like we are in the way....Although everything was quiet, as far as 40 people can be)) She ran with the cop 2 times, looked into the closets, under the beds, etc. then the cop got tired, because there was no reason to call)) She ended up cutting off the electricity for us on the floor, but we found a couple of working sockets)))
One thing is not clear, is she really ill with her head, or is this an echo of the fact that we are "Donetsk" ????

The water is always cold, hot according to the schedule. Reading the rest of the reviews I noticed that you have problems with hot water - there are none !! ! Just by opening the faucet. water must wait min. 15-20 until cold drains from the pipes)) There is a shower room in the basement - with permanent and mountains. and hol. water.
And so there were vivid impressions !!!!
