Another plus is the ability to charge your gadgets (however, this can be done at the station, but less comfortable) and use free Wi-Fi.
As for the opportunity to have a bite to eat or buy food on the road, I don’t consider it +, since there are more opportunities and variety to do this near the railway station (there is a market nearby, grocery stores, where prices are lower and there is more choice! ). As for the toilet, this is a complete minus, huge queues (there was only one time when we returned from a trip at 0 h. 15 min. ), Crushing near the washbasins (everyone wants to wash their hands before a meal or a trip or clean themselves up after trains), there are not enough booths... sheer hassle, especially if time is limited. I can not say anything about the hotel services of the complex, since I did not use this service.
I also want to note that I would like the platform numbers to be at the station for buses, otherwise, while I found my bus, I ran around the terminal 3 times with bags, I was tired and nervous. I will also attribute the cafe to the minuses, since everything that I took was tasteless and expensive, I had to stand in line for almost an hour, and there was practically nowhere to sit down and eat, since everything was busy waiting for buses, even on the street. The idea of creating a terminal is great, but the execution is lame, alas. I can’t advise as a hotel, as there are a lot of people, a transshipment base, only if you need to spend the night before or after the tour.

I was pleasantly surprised by the interior of the hotel and the rooms. Despite the fact that it has three stars, you can give all 5 in terms of service and quality. High-level staff, delicious breakfasts, cozy and clean rooms. I got to the hotel by accident, because I had to spend one night when moving, and it got on the way, but when visiting Lviv, I will now choose only this hotel.
