The hotel is located in the city center, 5 minutes walk to the Veche Square. Stayed for the Christmas holidays. We were pleasantly surprised that the prices for accommodation during the holidays were not raised!?!?!?!? ! Although almost all hotels in Ukraine practice the opposite, they raise prices for holidays by two or even three times, a good example of this is Lviv, Ternopil, all of Transcarpathia. Staff attitude is good. Room - double standard with private facilities, the cost is 150 UAH. per day. There are no special claims to the room, even the pillows are normal. The room is warm (even the windows had to be opened), two armchairs, a table, a wardrobe, two single beds, a 54 cm TV, a combined bathroom and shower. Minor remarks, the lack of a bedside table near the beds and the height of the toilet bowl (with my height of 1 m 80 cm, I could hardly reach the floor with my feet), but the bathroom-shower room itself is spacious, you can drive the ball. Now about the restaurant, everything is much more deplorable here. Service?? ? It is difficult to answer this question unambiguously. In general, everything seems to be fine, and the waiters seem to do their job well, but they lack basic knowledge of customer service. Cutlery (forks, knives, spoons) is brought in hands and simply placed in front of you, although you need to put them in cases, or at least wrapped in a napkin; girls don’t know how to change dishes either, they just lie down on the table in order to get used dishes, it’s hard to ask a visitor to serve a plate, it’s better to “walk” over all the plates with food with a blouse. There are also problems with the description of the dishes on the menu. Our friends ordered a liver with cranberry sauce, the menu indicates the output of the dish - 300 gr. , thought that 300 gr. liver seasoned with cranberry sauce, but they brought a large baked apple on a plate, on which there were 50 grams of liver and seasoned with cherry-raspberry sauce, but not like cranberry. The restaurant has three halls and the most deplorable thing is that they smoke in all three!!!! ! I myself smoke, but I understand very well that not everyone likes the smell of cigarettes, especially during a meal, and therefore I always go out into the street or into the hall. The people smoked so that their eyes popped out of their sockets. A married couple with a child stayed there for only 15 minutes and left to finish their meal in the room. Where is the restaurant management going? Having three rooms and not making at least one non-smoking?? ?
