I do not recommend the Stary Krakow hotel. This is deception and fraud: she booked an improved double room for 1.700 on the booking page, and was accommodated in the old one (first floor, number 12).

Bedding, towels - everything was dirty. A lot of dust, the window overlooked the smoking area, which made the room stink. The shower is leaking. The light went out in the room, although it was on in the corridor.

The hotel administration did not help to solve anything. When I wrote a review about my stay on Booking, the hotel canceled my reservation so that my negative review would not appear on Booking. When I called the hotel to get an explanation, I was yelled at and blocked. Although I communicated politely.

I do not recommend Stary Krakow to anyone. Negative feedback about Old Krakow on booking - the hotel deletes. Old Krakow deception and fraud. Spoiled rest. Even for one night you can find a better place.
