No one denies that the rooms are small, but there is a shower and a toilet in the room, a TV is also present (the fact that it is well understood can be seen in the photographs, so expecting to see it in another place by your arrival is the height of self-confidence), Wi- Fi is also there, though weak - but such a price for the center of Lviv is just fantastic. Therefore, decide if you need a spacious room, then you are not here, but you will have to pay twice or even three times more. Hot water is always available, the hotel staff is very attentive. They will tell you where to go, where it is better to eat, where you can take advantage of discounts from the hotel, what else to see and they will give you a map for the road. Would you like to get coffee? It will be brought directly to your room. Thanks to the administrators Olga, Xenia, Oksana - any issue will be resolved instantly. You only need to voice it, and not sit and pout that you are uncomfortable in some way. There was such a moment - we arrived early, around six in the morning (not very lucky with the train), and we were supposed to settle only after two, and so - we were settled at eight and did not take a penny for half a day. And what if you have nowhere to put things? There is a free luggage room, tired of walking, and the train is still far away - sit in the lobby - no one will drive you away (especially in winter) As for the noise, so my dears, we make noise ourselves. Respect each other and you will sleep peacefully.
We stayed in "Tsisar" and in a 4-bed room, and in a 2-bed room, and in a tour class room - this is all on the first floor and I did not see a fungus anywhere. The reception is always quiet, no one screams, you can sit on a cozy sofa, watch TV. Very nicely decorated hotel for the New Year. Prices, of course, are also "beautiful", but you know, when you set out to find affordable housing in the center of Lviv for the New Year, prices everywhere become three times higher. I came to Lviv, and not to sit in a room and pick out what and where is wrong. And the hotel gave us a New Year's gift. Very nice. Thanks. So decide what you want. For your money - a very good option to stay for 3.4 days in Lviv and be able to be right in front of the Opera House at any moment, and in fact - in the very center of Lviv.
