We were settled in semi-basement rooms, with amenities on the block - we ordered this for two families, it suited us. If we had looked at everything at once, we would never have stayed there. They dropped their things and went for a walk. In the evening, it turned out that mold was blooming and smelling on the walls, and the shower water did not drain at all. They were afraid to take a shower because of this, even in slippers. We didn't sleep at night because of the smell of dampness and mold, they ventilated every hour. One plus - the center is nearby. I do not advise anyone.
