The staff is polite, speaks many languages. The bed is new. Clean. It is conveniently located in the very center of the city near the town hall. There are many cafes and restaurants around. Prices are not high for accommodation. Of the shortcomings, I note uncomfortable bathrooms.

I'll try to be short and to the point. Stopped with my husband for 1 day, more I could not stand it. This was the first experience of staying in a hostel. The cost of a separate room for two is UAH 320, although the official website states UAH 300. Pros: location, nice staff (Dasha is a good girl who compromises and is ready to help on any issue), free tea, coffee, drinking water, there is air conditioning, the ability to regulate the temperature of the battery, a large relaxation room.

Pros: location, nice staff (Dasha is a good girl who compromises and is ready to help on any issue), free tea, coffee, drinking water, there is air conditioning, the ability to regulate the temperature of the battery, a large relaxation room. Unfortunately, this is where the positives end.
Cons: in the room for two there is no window, no hangers for things, not to mention a closet, only a bed (or rather a frame with slats and a mattress) and a wobbly coffee table. Terrible bedding, washed, faded and not ironed. The duvet and pillows are all stained. Entrance to the room through the common room. The floors in the rooms creak. I have never seen such toilets anywhere, to call them small is to say nothing, they are microscopic, resting their noses on the door frame or on the washbasin.
In general, thanks to this hostel, I realized that this is a communal apartment in which you will not feel alone and wasted money.
Advice to the owner of Art hostel: think about your vacationers, not just about your profit
