We were in the winter of 2018 and it was very cold in the room. And the blanket is very thin. There was a two bedroom bed, in the next room, a two-story bed, it had a table, a kettle and a refrigerator. The view from the windows - it is better not to look, a gloomy building. Hearing is terrible. Musty smell on the floors. Someone is walking down the hall all the time. It is audible. Well, in a nutshell.
They were closed for the night, at that moment it was necessary to return before 23. Once they arrived, about 24, but it was open. There are no balconies, it's smoking outside. We were on the 3rd floor. We were evicted, things were taken away and handed over in a storage room at the station. Although it was possible to leave them, but of course they are not responsible. Close to the train station, 10 minutes by tram. More to the center. On foot for half an hour, going down the hill is normal. The location is not very convenient, there are no shops nearby. There are transport stops. We ate at the cafe, and only came to spend the night. They gave us a big discount, so we lived there for 4 days. We left and took a business card from them.
Next year, 2019, we decided to go to Lviv again. We were traveling for a few days, and in order not to fool my head, I decided to call and go to the Arena again and book a room in advance. I was told that it is not possible to book by phone. They don't do that. I didn't find them in bugging. They said the rooms are available. Come and we will accommodate you. I said that we will arrive tomorrow, we will be at your place at 11. They said okay, we are waiting for you. And what is the result? We arrived and were told there were no rooms. Should have booked in advance. What is it like? I tell you I called yesterday, there are numbers! I spoke to you, you said wait! They blatantly lied to my face that I didn't call.
By the way, it was so musty at once that I already wanted to leave. And they book in advance by phone. Tin. We went out and stood in the rain for half an hour, if not more, while I was in a hurry looking for a hotel on the buging. If I had known that it was so, I would not have gone to them in my life, but made a reservation in advance, in another place. And it's good that they didn't settle there, we found a much better option, for the same price. In short, no more foot there. You can find better for this price. I don't recommend Arena to anyone.
