Lugovoy is not even on Turpravda's list yet. This is a tiny recreation area with a beautiful free five-kilometer sandy beach. Located between Koblevo and Rybakovka in the Nikolaev region. The charm of the place is in clear water, white sand and shallow sea very comfortable for kids. Perfect place for moms with kids!
Lugovoe is not promoted, so there is more than enough space on the beach. At the same time, there are several very decent hotels (all amenities, good repair, swimming pools, etc. ), several simpler bases and a huge campsite for lovers of tents and fires.
The beach is equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds, there is a cafe, a mini market, mini markets. Scooters, parachutes, catamarans and attractions are available. There is even a nightclub on the beach : )). The beach is not fenced, you can walk along the edge of the surf in the evenings.

Hotel "Olvia" found on the Internet. I liked the combination of "price-quality" - the first line, all amenities, a new three-story building with huge balconies. Our room with two single beds cost 400 hryvnia. All rooms are spacious, with a good repair, solid furniture, refrigerators, air conditioners and flat-screen TVs. There is a satellite dish, but only 6 channels were shown (although who goes to the sea to watch TV). Panoramic windows overlooking the sea. Water around the clock, boiler in every room. The water, however, is salty, but not nasty. All drinking water is bottled.
And the sea is nearby! You can swim at any time of the day, just run for thirty seconds - and you are in the sea! in early July, the water was warm and clean.
In the heat, we slept in the room, the building was made of stone, there was a steady wind from the sea, it was cool and without air conditioning. Between the beach and the building, several trees, shade, nightingales with swallows sing - nonsense! Next to the building are two gazebos covered with greenery with barbecue facilities, swings, benches. According to the hostess, in the spring they destroyed all the ambrosia on their own. By the way, there were practically no mosquitoes.
I didn't want to leave the balcony. In the morning - coffee, wonderful sunrises, seagulls walking along the beach, the first bathers. During the day - the coolness and joy of lunch in the fresh air. In the evenings, endless conversations accompanied by cool white wine. At night - a scattering of stars, the lights of ships, a lunar path and the Yuzhny port twinkling in the distance.
Hotel without a pool. Having gone to the neighboring base and having become deaf from the children's squeal, I was convinced that sometimes this is an advantage, it was quiet from morning to night.
The hotel does not require meals (this is an advantage for us), but there is a huge dining room with set meals.
Of the minuses of the hotel "Olvia". Each guest is entitled to only ONE towel (a well-known television auditor would be shocked). The minimum set of utensils is missing.
Of the minuses Lugovoy. 1. ) You can get there without your own transport only by one bus at 8.00 from Nikolaev and leave by the same bus at 15.00 back. ALL. The rest come by self-delivery. Therefore, there are few people in the resort. 2. ) Poor quality road.
