Came here with friends for a weekend getaway. I liked it very much! Quite a large closed area. You can park your car near the house and not worry - how is it poor in an unfamiliar place, have the wheels been removed... ? Houses in the shade of trees, and in front of the houses are VERY-VERY beautiful roses!! ! The house has everything you need to relax, take a shower, change clothes.

Good furniture (table, chairs, bedside tables, clothes hanger), a large and quite comfortable bed, a nice bonus - a refrigerator and a working TV! Near the house - a gazebo (wooden table with benches and a slate roof). There is light in the gazebo. The sea, market and shops within a 3-minute walk. We had a very good rest for little money! We will definitely come here again and take the child with us!

In a conversation with the director of the base (Alexander Pavlovich), all the details were discussed: the cost of 100 UAH per person, beds, room, kitchen, dishes, distance from the sea, infrastructure, market, route from the station, etc. It all started from the station, -said that there is a minibus at 8:30, but it turned out at 10:30, the result was 5 hours of waiting at the station and the cost was not 80, but 110 UAH. Arriving at the base, the room turned out to be worse than a cellar in an abandoned village !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Old, crumbling beds, a 50 year old rug and a 70 year old fridge! There is only one base in the photo, but in fact a two-story building of 1932. There is no kitchen, or rather, it seems to be, but only one name and we were also informed that there are no dishes and cannot be, and who promised you this! In general - they took their legs off this barn! All this was shown to us by his deputy, an insanely rude woman, and the director himself ignored the phone and did not answer calls (from different operators)! We found an alternative to the used "Cheremshina" - we liked everything very much, thanks a lot to Alexander Alexandrovich and Alla Ivanovna (050-188-27-25)! By the way, so that you understand about all the horror, this is that after our check-in at Cheremshina at 12:00.5 more families with small children RUN to it from the cascade, some chose vacation options for 600 and 800 days with a kitchen in the room and withhorror shared their impressions with us about the dirt in the rooms, kitchen and shower, and broken interior details.

Then it turned out that the blinds, the toilet seat, the doors in the shower cabin were broken, water was flowing from the air conditioner along the wall. The room was banally dirty, apparently cleaning was not carried out after last year's arrival. During the eviction, the rude cleaning lady, of course, discovered all this and demanded three times the damage. In the end, there was no scandal. In the course of two weeks, several times the sewer failed to such an extent that in the neighboring rooms, sorry for the frankness, shit whipped right from the drain. Wi-Fi is purely conditional, it is unrealistic to use it at all. Our friends eventually moved to a neighboring base. I would not recommend Cascade base to anyone. The location of the base is good - 2 minutes to the sea, but it is better to walk 5 minutes to the sea than to spoil your vacation.
