ГРЯЗЬ!!! DIRT!!!

The hotel was chosen on the Internet, we went with 2 families, with children (4 and 5 years old). From the photo everything was acceptable. BUT! I have never seen such dirt anywhere, although we have had a lot of rest, including in Ukraine! The room (JUNIOR SUITE!!! ) is dusty, the bathroom is leaking, the stench is terrible, the fungus in the shower is another story! I had to do acrobatic stunts to wash and not touch the walls of the shower! And washing a child in "this shower" is generally a problem! I am allergic to dust, at the entrance to the room - my eyes began to water, my throat hurt, runny nose, etc. After sitting for 3 days on anti-allergy drugs, I made sure that we changed the number to a new one. In addition, on the last day of "rest" my child caught a rotavirus infection. Maybe it's not the hotel's fault! But given the sanitary condition of this hotel, it's fair to blame them for a breeding ground for infections and bacteria! On the pros: beautiful beach, good area! ALL! In early September, the resort dies, by the time we left, there was one cafe for the entire resort! It is impossible to eat in the hotel restaurant, again, due to dust and dirt!
DEAR ADMINISTRATION! BRING THE NUMBERS IN ORDER! You have an excellent resource at your disposal! Great beach, thoughtful area, though not big! Change the rotten plumbing in the rooms, hire more staff to tear out the rooms, change the mattresses and the tattered bed! Before you build a bunch of new cases, tidy up the old ones!
