So for this money they didn’t even bother to turn on the light in the corridor! Stumbling twice, I asked to turn on at least something! -I was told that electricity has already risen in price! They asked three times - Do you need hot water ????? ? Yes... your mother! for such money, I probably wanted to take a hot shower !! ! And no matter how many times they asked and how many they answered, the hot water was never turned on! No channels of their 2 TV caught! After "warm" showers - 4 days with a temperature (both). This is called the Lysichansk service...
