Living conditions are good (the room is clean, quiet, has a chest of drawers, comfortable hanger, TV, fan). There is no air conditioning, but for 50 UAH. per day per person the list of services is quite adequate. The yard is large, equipped, cozy. Many flowers are decorative fountains. The territory of the boarding house, common areas, is cleaned at least twice a day. All photos on the site are true. 5 toilets (three of them are drains). Three summer showers, in addition, two showers with boiler (hot water). There is a comfortable barbecue with skewers, tennis table with rackets and balls, American billiards. The central gazebo has a large TV, satellite receiver, music center. Satellite TV is not provided in the rooms.
Each room is clearly assigned: a table, a place in the common kitchen (one gas stove, a set of kitchen utensils). In addition, there are a variety of common utensils (large pots, pans, glasses, etc. ) 2 electric kettles, microwave. 3 large refrigerators for general use (at 100% load of the boarding house - 1 refrigerator shelf per leather room). Tables are located both near the rooms and in the gazebo (gazebo is protected from rain and wrapped in grapes). Potatoes, cucumbers, tomatoes, grapes, apricots, apples, pears, chicken eggs can be purchased directly from the lady (sometimes cheaper than the market). You can order very tasty, home-made complex dinners (for 30 hryvnias, the first, second, salad, compote, bread) prepared by the lady's neighbor. 15 minutes walk to the central beach. I recommend to rest on the central beach - it is the cleanest and the number of people on it is less than on boarding houses.
The hosts (Mrs. Svitlana, host Serhiy, daughter of the owners Olenka) are very friendly, sincere and caring people. It is very pleasant to communicate with them.
