Whatever the pros of the hotel - the cons overshadow everything ..."Dovbayna" music by the pool and in the evening at the bar, just breaks the roof ...Loud until 23:00 and after. Content as well as staff only "narrow-tongued" without options - Kryvyi Rih "school", whence owners and all this "brotherhood". The bar-restaurant can "surprise" with punched, not ordered dishes or drinks (((Daily cleaning - a lie.

The bar-restaurant can "surprise" with punched, not ordered dishes or drinks (((Daily cleaning - a lie. "Terraces near the room" is an actual corridor where all the people and staff swarm)). I recommend!

1. Not warned about loud disco music. This is not a hotel - this is hell. 2. Administrator Christina considers herself the queen of the fields, she communicates with me - a guest - so from top to bottom that I have never seen anything like it. She just left when the conversation didn't go where she liked it.

She just left when the conversation didn't go where she liked it. She said - "take your money - all the best to you" and left !! ! I haven't seen this yet!! ! Customer orientation - "0".
3. We left with a paid room at 2.30 am to sleep in the car - music, light music - concert private party. 10 meters from our room.
4. Don't like it - goodbye. They don't want to return the money for such a holiday to us - they called the police.
5. Cockroaches run.
6. Broken shower - water leaks.
7. Documents incl. refused to provide a complaint book.
