We booked accommodation at the Ukrainochka Hotel on the hotel website: 1 deluxe room and 1 standard room. The administrator called back, confirmed that everything was OK, the suite was booked for us, but there was no standard free for 2 nights and offered 1 night in one room, and then move to another room the next night. We rejected this option. Therefore, we left the reservation only for the suite. They asked her to send a confirmation of the reservation by mail, to which she said that they did not send confirmations, and everything was fine, the reservation for the suite was registered to us. On the day of arrival, when we arrived at the hotel, it turned out that the room was not booked for us and there were no available rooms at all. When finding out what happened, the application for the reservation was still found, but the administrator said that we, the "stupid" ones, did not understand what she said, everything was taken. This is such an excellent service!! ! The administrators could not resolve this situation in any way. It remained to spend the night only on the street in a foreign city... because. all hotels in that city were booked for those dates due to a major event.
