About the roadside restaurant "Pani Yana" on the route Kyiv-Chop between Novohrad-Volynskyi and Korets in the village of I mentioned Pylypovych in passing back in 2011. And although, as they say, there is no stability in the world - it was still very nice to see the opposite. regular visit to this institution. Although the word "institution" is not appropriate in this case. "Mrs. Yana" is a hospitable house, the main purpose of which is to bring the guest to the state of a wolf from "Once upon a time there was a dog", when he breaks through the fence and says in a hoarse voice: "Well, it's you, come on, if something "... ". This time, returning home from Lutsk, we went there just to drink coffee. Since I am a convinced "owl", and the early morning rises are very painful for me, right outside Rivne I started whining "I would like a coffee, but my eyes do not open", and finally a miracle - here it is, the realization of my dream!
Having ordered coffee, they also decided to feed the "flea" and its "Lefty".
Asked what they were treated to, they decided that “good now, Sharapov, chicken soup and crumbs! (WITH) ". Who knew that it would not be a banal soup, no, it's just a work of culinary art, a masterpiece! Imagine the current for a moment: a clay plate, and in it - broth from poultry, with green peas, onions, carrots and white mushrooms, cream (! ), And so, with giblets. Sprinkled with greenery, thick and the spirit of it is such that the heart just stomps and flutters! Photos - no, because the brain did not work ahead, the soup was just quickly eaten, swept, absorbed, crumpled, cracked : ). When I saw the bill, I was upset. Because 20 (twenty! ) Hryvnias were taken from us for this apotheosis of taste, which is usually unfair and meager for the pleasure we received. I had to tip; ).
And seriously: the menu "Mrs. Yani" is worth at least a few visits to the restaurant.
Salads, snacks, meat, fish - all with a special flavor, with some "zest". Very nice interior inside. In the yard - barbecue, wooden swings, lawn. The local cleanliness is still pleasant. Shining windows, fresh curtains, starched tablecloths (which is not very typical for roadside infrastructure) were noted again. Sorry, even in the toilet, very clean. It should be noted that the dislocation of the restaurant is more convenient for those who travel on the highway Kyiv-Chop in the direction of Kiev. On the way to Chop-Lviv-Rivne - a bumper on the left, and the detour is far. I'm not a fan of any exotic gastronomic tricks out there. I am for simple homemade delicious healthy food! Maybe all my writing is naive and funny, but I know from experience - there are not many places where you can eat delicious food on the road.
