The complaint book was denied. For cancellation of a reservation, a penalty of 50% of the cost of the reservation is not mentioned anywhere.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 days in studio rooms. The cleaning is bad, there are tufts of hair in the showers that have not been removed for all three days. There is no soap or shower gel in the shared showers (pool/sauna). For breakfast you will be offered an omelette or scrambled eggs, if you can not stand eggs, they offer to replace.
