+ The room is clean, with inexpensive and simple but comfortable furniture. There is also a bedside table and a mini table.
+ The air conditioner and TV set are new, the refrigerator was a little buzzing, but it was in the common corridor and worked perfectly. Well, the safe is ok.
+ 4 euro sockets were enough for chargers and a fumigator (mosquitoes flew)
+ Bathroom with new plumbing and round the clock hot water.
+ Balcony with a large dryer, it was enough to dry everything that was on the beach.
+ Cleaning every day, this is important, with a child they brought a lot of sand from the beach.
+ Area with benches, hammocks and 2 playgrounds - good.
+ Dining room, tasty and varied, and the distribution line works (at the beginning there were set meals, not very)
- - Minuses:
- No lawns, not enough grass near the playground and other areas. Feet were in black soil and its dust (

- A lot of space on the territory is empty, it was possible to add gazebos and barbecue facilities
- There were not enough bath towels, there were only small ones for hands and face.
- Soundproofing. In the adjoining room, you could hear people talking on the phone.
