УЖАС HORROR

PEOPLE, NOT A FOOT to this base !!!
I have a very great desire to leave my review about the irrevocably spoiled vacation and about the terribly incompetent administration team of the b / o Volna Prim, especially about the administrator named Victoria - a boorish and rude woman of the first degree. Although, apparently, neither she nor the director of this almshouse are particularly worried about the loss of their regular customers.
We rested at this base for 6 years - but what has been happening lately is out of the ordinary, you see the money did its job with the management, alas...

The fact that rooms at the same price differ from each other like black and white is half the trouble))) But what the administration came up with this year is a complete fly away. Looks like greed overwhelmed her head and innovation at this base - it became mandatory food in their MIRACLE - dining room, although there are many cafes around and right next to the base - a wonderful market with tasty and normal food. 70 hryvnia per person per day - for the poison offered in their dining room - except for juice and pancakes with meat, which were 1 time in a week - there is nothing more to eat there, or rather, it is impossible. A serving is like 1/3 of a serving of the same dish from the market, and even worse at times. Looks like the chef is still a relative of the director of this base in terms of his greed - since even the milk oatmeal was diluted with water! And sausages and wieners - funny - but even their local dogs did not eat!
There were simply no rooms booked a month before the trip upon arrival, which impartial Victoria didn’t even look at - take what you have (that is, it sucks for THE SAME money) or go to another base. After a big scandal, numbers were found sharply, although not what it was planned to give money for!
I wonder if there is any controlling body of such lawlessness in Ukraine?? ?
