Ужас!!! Horror!!!

We visited this guesthouse at the beginning of September. Looking at the photos, I thought it was a decent place for the price. It turned out the opposite. From the first minutes of our stay, the cleaning woman told us to keep cleanliness, although she openly neglects her duties. Everything seems to be new in the toilet and showers, but it would not hurt to keep it clean. In the showers there is always almost ankle-deep water, in the toilet the doors are in the urine. The room is a different story altogether. We lived on the first floor and the balcony faced north because of this, the room was terrible, not passing dampness. The whole bed is damp, the doors to the balcony are "closed" with a latch, the balcony is dirty!! The path that was in the room is dirty!! it is better to remove it from there altogether. The territory is also battered, "tired". Wi-fi did not reach our room, it did not cover the entire territory. Before you check in, check everything, even the smallest details, such as the floor and the side on which the balcony opens, internet and beds.
