We rested on August 20-30.2017. 5 people, including two children aged 5 and 12.
Accommodation: two rooms, 2-bed and 3-bed, the rooms are exactly the same. Regular standard. The room is cozy, a large double bed and an ottoman, an old but working air conditioner, a TV (in the room on the 1st floor it worked fine and there were many programs, on the 3rd floor it practically didn’t show), a chest of drawers, there is a small refrigerator in it, a dressing table with a large mirror, cupboard. Tile on the floor. There is no balcony, a French window with bars, there is nowhere to dry clothes, you have to take your own clothespins. Cleaning and change of linen 1r / 5dn. , but it is necessary to agree in advance (a day or two) with the maid. Cleaning in the presence of the owners is mandatory.
Wi-fi catches average, at 6 am excellent.
Minuses:

- check out at 8 am, and the bus was at 5 pm. You can leave your things at the reception, there is no shower, the toilet is in the dining room. We had 3 meals included, on the day of departure only breakfast. We already spent time in the pool, ate ourselves;
- the travel agency's bus does not reach the base, because there are narrow streets and a lot of cars, you have to change into a minibus with all your things and go for another 10-15 minutes, the same way on the way back. It's not convenient at all;
- a wonderful pool for both children and adults, a jacuzzi - everything is free, and sun loungers are paid and more expensive than at sea - 30gr / half a day, 60 per day, and at sea 50 per day. Very strange free pool and paid sunbed;
- the food is sad. The portions are large, but not to the point. We took 4 meals for 5 and ended up taking 2, maximum 3, because it's not food anyway. Soup, water, water, milk porridge - a bowl of milk and cereals float a little in it, often pasta with mythical gravy (twice even for breakfast), there is no meat, everything is on the water, just large portions and a lot of huge tasteless rolls, sausage in dough or pizza from one test. It was delicious only a couple of times. Lunches are still normal, breakfast and dinner are easy to eat, but not full and tasteless at all. Dishes all broken, cups without handles, broken plates. They give a piece of paper to the dining room for the entire period and you have to go with it and mark it, it’s also inconvenient, to follow this paper all the time so as not to forget or lose it. A complex wonderful lunch costs 75 hryvnias in any cafe and two lunches for 2 adults and 2 children are perfectly enough.
- Excursions on the territory (in the dining room or at the entrance) are sold by a woman, Svetlana. Everything is fine, but we have one person who did not go because of his health, she did not return the money, she said all sorts of nonsense, they barely knocked out half the price. It is better not to give an advance payment, but to pay later on the bus.
Pros:
- the rooms are wonderful, the bed linen is beautiful, spacious
- territory (many pavilions where you can sit in the evening), swimming pool

- the sea is very close, right in front of the base, there are excellent sunbeds, large and ordinary under umbrellas, the sea is shallow (we were with children, it was better for us), near the beach all the tents and everything can be bought within walking distance (we were in the center of Koblevo, there the beaches are surrounded by hotels and scarves with souvenirs, no food or drink), this is a good location
