Arrived September 2nd. Upon entering the territory of the base, I was struck by desolation and abandonment. The administrator (an elderly lady) came out and said that she would not show the number because "her porridge is getting cold" (literally). Here is the ADMINISTRATOR! We had to wait for her to eat, go to the toilet, take a shower, and then, maybe, deign to come down to us.
