To get to the room, it was necessary to go through an obstacle course in the form of a public toilet on the floor - a terrible stench that haunts then for half a day. The doors are terrible, shabby, the handle is barely holding on. Inside, the picture is no better - a scuffed floor, walls with holes and remnants of wallpaper. Beds are a separate issue. To be honest, I thought that such conditions simply do not exist in our country. Wrong.
Pillows are heavy and damp with sweat, stink. The bed linen is dirty and old, the mattresses are torn. A pile of dust, it's scary to touch the window, let alone open it. Half of the sockets are simply pulled out and not insulated in any way...
From the balcony there is a view of the supermarket ramp: there is ventilation around the clock, there is a loud hum, so it’s hard to fall asleep even after all the emotions experienced... There is no Wi-Fi, at the reception I was offered to work in the office (it is, in fact, suitcases of people waiting for check-in) - there, 50 cm from the router, Wi-Fi also did not catch safely...
The pool. . . an item that deserves special attention. People from the street can enter there, which they do. I personally observed how a woman brought her children, taking two sunbeds, and then, when the children splashed and spat in plenty of water, she took them and left the territory. Sunbeds, on which vacationers are offered to sunbathe, still need to be pulled out! There is a real war going on for them. People take 2-3 sunbeds in the morning, leave towels there and go home... No one watches this. They answered my complaint that the director would come and take away the things of the "ghosts", but no one actually did anything. Pool water. . . dirty!! ! The bottom and walls are already slippery from the amount of deposits. Unfortunately, my child managed to jump there and swim there for a short time before I saw it. The result is a rash the next morning.
No one monitors the behavior of the guests either. Drunk men take a running dive into the pool, pouring water on everyone around. Children put the shells from the seeds into the water, yell under the windows, look out the windows of the rooms, spit (! ) around the pool, while their parents enjoy Koblev wines and a tan a few meters away.
