We rested in August, lived in a deluxe room for 3 people on the 1st floor.
The hotel area is good, there is free parking for cars, a playground, an excellent paid pool, tiles everywhere and clean, tables and swings for relaxing. For all this, you can put 9 points out of 10. (- 1 point for a paid pool and sunbeds for hotel guests).

pours directly onto the floor into the drain near the toilet), hot water is scheduled from 18.00 to 23.00, there is a double bed in the room, but there is no double bedding, not even a sheet))), and the second bed is for children. There is a TV with satellite programs, a dining table and chairs, a small refrigerator (it was covered with mold on arrival). There are no windows in the room, only a glass door. There are tiles on the floor, which makes it very dirty very quickly, because there is no shower in the bathroom. No air conditioning, towels, soap and shower gel. Upon arrival, a deposit of 100 UAH is taken. The rooms are not cleaned between departures because it was very dirty.

Close to the sea, 5-10 min walk.
Nearby there is a shop and cafe Laguna.
