The cleanliness of the room leaves much to be desired. When we were given a room, it was not cleaned and we waited another hour for the cleaning lady to at least wash the floor. There were spiders everywhere (probably from last season). In the kitchen there are no normal dishes, no dishcloths, not to mention detergents (we were told everything should be our own). at 20-00 the cleaner already kicked everyone out of the kitchen. If you don't have time to cook, that's your problem. As we were told by the neighbors in the room, these are still normal conditions, in comparison with other rooms in Kirillovka. As a whole, rest in Kirillovka is very budget. No entertainment, no normal restaurants and cafes. In reality, you need to cook everything yourself, as the quality of food in the cafe leaves much to be desired. Kirillovka, in order to become a normal resort, you still need to work a lot on service and quality.

I have never been to Kirillovka before, I compare the rest there with the Crimea and Berdyansk. The shower head - not only is there not much pressure, but it is still so slagged that the water flowed barely and in absolutely chaotic directions. There is mold in the corners of the booth (unfortunately, I have not seen it only in showers in 5 * hotels, and even then... ) - you need to fight! And what else was not pleasant was the rusty, plaque-covered faucets! Gentlemen, a Chinese faucet, an analogue of what you have installed on the market, costs 300-500 UAH, is it really difficult to make a replacement once a year? Horace or Hansgrohe would have been fine. With a room rate of 900 UAH per night, I don't think it's a huge expense! rnFood. Here is the biggest surprise waiting for us in this particular issue. When booking I was told that there is a cafe on site. But as it turned out, the cafe does not belong to the base except territorially, and the following answer was received to the administrator's question - there is no idea that we are renting a cafe there. In order not to describe the cafe, I will simply compare it with the station eateries with the same cleanliness and service. . . Darkness. Yes, there is a communal kitchen at the base (which at the time of the visit was in a terrible state due to dirt). Cooking on it is not only not pleasant - it is dangerous! In my opinion, such places should be cleaned every hour like a toilet in McDonald's. I don’t want to describe everything, just darkness and that’s it. For comparison, a year ago they rested in Berdyansk base "Birch" - a budget vacation compared to the "Gold Coast", but there was food, though soviet, but CLEAN! Why am I citing this comparison, but simply so that the reader of my review does not think that we are spoiled and in vain we slander this BO. A good cafe is located at the Dikanka base, but you need to walk along the beach through 5 camp sites.... In general, if you already rent out non-budget rooms, then you still need to think about food, and if you rent out your cafe, then somehow agree that they would not spoil the impression of the base. rnBeach. The beach is clean and no cigarette butts were seen. Shadow areas are small. There are several mushroom umbrellas and shade under the walls of the cafe. There is something to work on. But there is a swing for children - the kids were pleased. rnStaff. We did not quarrel and did not raise our voice, but calmly approached and explained that we were not satisfied with such a vacation due to the lack of a normal food structure, since we arrived with children (1.5 and 7 years old). To which they answered us, literally: "this is not a good reason, come up with something else" and it was immediately in a raised voice. In general, the result is this, we were not returned the money for the first day and they did not let us live for this day and put us out with two children. If we had stayed for these "legitimate" days, then we would not have been returned the rest of the money. At a price of 330 UAH and 840 UAH, respectively. We were 2 couples. Since they came to rest for the weekend, they decided not to bother, and take junior suites. Toilet and shower outside. I rested in different places and for that kind of money, it seemed that the toilet and shower on the street were decent CLEAN establishments with tiles! But it was not there. Our junior suites for 2 people turned out to be triple and we paid such a price for an unnecessary 3rd bed, and not for normal amenities. i. e. a toilet with a shower, as we thought earlier. In the rooms, the invasion of midges and mosquitoes on the ceiling, walls and on the floor.

When in the morning I decided to swim, I again saw a hanging castle at the entrance to the shower! By the way, the shower is just with an ordinary tank that heats up from the sun! With a question about the shower, I approached the administrator, to which they answered that the shower works from 6 to 8 in the evening! It just pissed me off! What I did not hesitate to express aloud! Yes, how is it!
For that kind of money - firstly, they deceived us about 2-seater, but they sold us 3-seater (I understand that there were no places, and there were no 2 locals left - well, it was necessary to warn us what we are paying for! ), the amenities are terrible and the shower only works when it's convenient for the redneck administrator! Having said that I would not stay here for a minute, I left to look for other boarding houses! But Kirillovka is just a "miracle"! I haven't seen such rude service in a long time! Since the official departure was at 12.00, 2 people stayed in the boarding house, and 2 went to look for a room! Nobody wanted to take us for the rest of the day! It's just a mockery! Super service on the Sea of Azov! I saw different things, but such rudeness of the owners of boarding houses and recreation centers, as in Kirillovka, I have not seen anywhere else! About the paid shower! It's like that everywhere! I bathed instead of the 10 minutes I was supposed to - 15 minutes and paid not 10 UAH, but 15 UAH! Fine?? ? In general, what I want to say is that we only ruined our weekend, and people go there to rest there for 2 or even 3 weeks! For such a service and such a boorish attitude, I sincerely sympathize with them!
My conclusion. Overseas resorts - Forever and nothing more!! !
